In 2004, Mr. Leonard D. Jaroszuk co-founded Enterprise Group, Inc. alongside Desmond O'Kell, the Company's President and Director. Over the past two decades, he has played a pivotal role in steering the organization through major economic cycles, industry transformations, and periods of strategic expansion.

With over 40 years of hands-on experience leading public companies, real estate development projects, construction firms, and natural resource operations, Mr. Jaroszuk applies a disciplined, pragmatic leadership style rooted in operational excellence and sustainable value creation. His strong financial insight, practical approach to management, and strategic foresight have been key to the evolution from Enterprise Group to Evolution PowerX Corp, a diversified leader in specialized infrastructure, power solutions, and equipment services for Canada's resource and industrial sectors.

Mr. Jaroszuk has remained central to the Company's success, overseeing critical areas such as capital allocation, corporate governance, and long-term strategy. His guidance has ensured Evolution PowerX Corp remains resilient, agile, and strategically positioned to seize new opportunities amid the evolving energy and industrial landscape.

Jaroszuk, Mr. Desmond O'Kell has been instrumental in driving the company's strategic direction, growth, and operational success. Much of his over 40 years of hands-on experience in business development, corporate finance, and executive leadership has involved leading publicly traded corporations. He offers extensive expertise in scaling organizations within capital-intensive and technically complex industries.

As President of Evolution PowerX Corp and a member of its Board of Directors, Mr. O'Kell plays a key role in governance, capital allocation, and long-term strategic planning. His career spans senior executive roles across diverse sectors, including natural resource extraction, advanced technology and AI-driven businesses, manufacturing, and real estate development. This broad, cross-industry perspective strengthens Evolution PowerX Corp's disciplined approach to growth, acquisitions, and operational excellence.

Mr. Cabral is the chief financial officer of Evolution PowerX Corp and provides the necessary oversight on strategy, financial planning and reporting, taxation structures, operational efficiencies and acquisitions. His expertise in financial management and strategic planning has been crucial to the company's growth and success.

Prior to joining Enterprise Group in 2013, Mr. Cabral was the chief financial officer of the Alberta Investment Management Corporation, AIMCo, one of Canada's largest and most diversified institutional investment managers responsible for the investments of pension, endowment, insurance and government funds. Mr. Cabral is also an alumnus of EY Canada where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation.

Mr. Cabral is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Campbell has over 40 years of experience as a securities analyst, investment banker, M&A specialist, portfolio manager and entrepreneur in the financial services industry.

Mr. Campbell is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Campbell Price Capital Partners Ltd., a debt and equity advisory firm that services the real estate development community in Western Canada.

Mr. Campbell is also the Founder and President of Camlin Capital Inc., a hybrid merchant bank/private equity firm, and a Co-founder and now former Chairman of TriView Capital Ltd., an Exempt Market Dealer which has raised in excess of $400 million in equity primarily for commercial and multi-family real estate projects. Previously he was a Managing Partner of Second City Capital Partners, a major private equity firm that invested in real estate, oil and gas and conventional private and public companies.

Prior to Second City, he spent 9 years as the Founder, President, CEO and CIO of Camlin Asset Management Ltd., a specialty asset management firm that built and managed a $500 million family of mutual funds focused on investing in North American public small capitalization companies. He also Co-founded CWC Capital Ltd., a regional investment banking firm that, over 13 years, raised $1 billion in capital for companies based in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. He also successfully co-managed an infrastructure fund through its 7 year duration on behalf of the Province of British Columbia. He was also a principal of CWC Fisheries Management LLC, where he oversaw the successful restructuring and eventual sale of a $US 130 million distressed debt portfolio. Previously, Mr. Campbell acted as a Merger & Acquisition Specialist for The Jim Pattison Group, Canada's second largest private corporation, and as a Director of Research for Pemberton Securities Inc., a large regional brokerage firm that was acquired by RBC Dominion Securities.

He also spent 8 years as an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University, teaching courses in entrepreneurial studies at the Executive MBA level and applied corporate finance in the Master of Technology MBA program.

Mr. Campbell is also currently: the lead Director of Evolution PowerX Corp (formerly Enterprise Group, Inc.), a specialized equipment rental and services provider; a Co-founder and CFO of Sixty North Gold Mining Ltd., a late exploration stage gold mine in the Northwest Territories that is entering production in 2026; and the Chairman/Trustee of TVC Real Estate Investment Trust, a private REIT focused primarily on purchasing interests in apartment buildings in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Pinsent is a Chartered Professional Accountant. In 2004, he became a founding partner with St. Arnaud Pinsent Steman Chartered Professional Accountants following a 10-year career with Ernst and Young LLP. Mr. Pinsent earned a BEd and BComm (AD) from the University of Alberta, has an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and became an FCPA in 2013.

In addition to Evolution PowerX Corp (formerly Enterprise Group, Inc.), Mr. Pinsent serves as a board member and committee chair at New Horizon Aircraft Ltd (HOVR, NASDAQ), an advanced aerospace engineering company that is developing one of the world's first hybrid eVTOL aircraft. He also sits on the board of directors of several private companies and supports numerous non-profit and philanthropic initiatives. He has experience serving as board and audit committee chairs and has extensive experience in compliance and corporate governance in the public markets.

Mr. Darling brings over 40 years of domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in project management, operations, and leadership.

He is the founder and CEO of Ramdar Resource Management Ltd., a Professional Engineering firm managing drilling, completion and construction projects throughout the Montney, Duvernay and Mannville formations throughout western Canada. Mr. Darling led the growth of the company to the largest upstream Engineering firm in Canada.

Mr. Darling holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary. Ramdar Resource Management LTD is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists of Alberta (APEGA).
